As a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) and Administrator (PBA), our goal is to give smaller employee groups, their TPAs, and their health partners better Rx discounts through aggregate purchasing discounts with our partner CVS Health or purchasing group discounts. Coalitions previously available only to larger employers with significant employee populations are now open to smaller groups. Smaller groups have historically had fewer options when it comes to exchanges and coalitions.
